STEP 1. Completing an Account Application

This will ensure that your account is properly assigned to our Managed Account programs.

When your account has been approved you will receive a Confirmation Email which will also include your account number and funding instructions.

STEP 2. LPOAs (Limited Power of Attorney)

After your account(s) have been approved, you can proceed with submitting your LPOA(s) This document authorizes our managers to trade your account(s) on your behalf. Select your desired strategies from the list below and click the corresponding LPOA download link. This form must be signed and submitted in to Divisa. Simply complete all the sections in yellow highlight, and then send the LPOA in to [email protected].
