Upon qualification, you will become one of our listed traders and position yourself to be rewarded as you deliver value to clients. The splits? We are big on win/win/win scenarios and have structured a compensation plan when the trader, the introducer and ourselves, all share equally in any generated revenue. The highest priority however, is to ensure that a fee schedule does not alter a strategy’s overall viability; the interests of our clients will always be paramount.

For traders with an existing client base, we make it incredibly easy to either transition an established book, or to open the door to a new stream of clients. It only requires one additional account for you to trade and everything else is taken care by us.

HOW DO YOU QUALIFY?

We work exclusively with the broker MtCook Financial where we get the best feed and the Hybrid PAM software which is vital to this project’s overall success.

All our traders need to have a live account at our broker MtCook Financial, as that account can then be switched to a PAM master. The account size doesn’t matter, as all investor accounts will receive trades proportionally.

If you have an account with at least 2 months live history, you are welcome to join our assessment process and clients will be able to add live funds at their discretion. Naturally, you gain more attention as the history is allowed to build, but we believe that emerging traders should have the ability to crawl before they walk and walk before they run.

If you have successfully traded in a demo environment, we will have you listed in our Labs category, so that you can still gain exposure and have your trading monitored by prospective clients. As you demonstrate your abilities over time, your ability to gain traction increases in-kind.

We consider “Risk Adjusted Returns” to be our most important metric; there are many factors that go into our assessment and we welcome all strategies for analysis. Strategies with the best results will be presented to our institutional clients, and could potentially receive allocation from one of our associated hedge funds.

Although these institutional clients have very specific risk parameters, our Hybrid PAMM technology allows even the most aggressive strategies to still gain consideration. Traders do not need to alter their trading, we simply utilize our technology to proportionally scale down the risk (you can read more about this HERE). On the flip side, retail clients may not be attracted to more conservative traders but they have the ability to scale up the risk thereby increasing the potential gains.

So whether you lean aggressive or conservative in your approach to trading, we can showcase your talent without having to disqualify clients based on risk profile.
